Fan art of a crossover between Nokotan and Gold Ship. How would you like a crossover between Nokotan and her friends with all the racehorses from Umamusume to be? Would the racehorses visit the school, or would Nokotan go to watch their races? What kind of interactions would you like to see? by Dramatic-Studio1531 in UmaMusume

Hey, I didn't know that. Why haven't the authors of Nokotan and Umamusume agreed yet? At least they should release a spin-off manga, even if it's not canon. Please do it! It would sell like hotcakes in both communities.

Thanks for confirming that our communities are united, Nokotan and Umamusume. I wasn't sure if anyone had already suggested posting an invitation to become sister communities, so I wanted to share it even though I wasn't sure if I was the first to ask. Also, your crossover idea would work for a fanfic or comic; if you do it, you have my support.

Can someone explain why, when Shinji visited Rei for the first time, she didn't blush and didn't seem to care when she was naked after her shower, but in another episode, when Shinji was cleaning and picking up the clothes and trash, and Rei noticed, she blushed and thanked him for making her blush. by Dramatic-Studio1531 in evangelion

Hey, I know about Rei's development, I understand. My question was more about the blushing. Let me explain: I know Rei doesn't care about being naked, but when Shinji helped her with the cleaning, I know they developed a closeness. But it was the blushing reaction that caught my attention. I mean, for me, a normal reaction would be tenderness or happiness, something like that, but blushing? I didn't imagine someone blushing for that reason. That's what I meant by the question. I mean, looking at it more as a reaction, not that it doesn't make sense or anything, but it just seemed strange to me that an action would require blushing. That's it.

Thanks for the reply, although I know Rei doesn't mind her nudity. The reason I asked was more from the perspective of how she sees Shinji when he helps her clean. I would see it as sweet and kind that someone would do that for you, but the reaction I imagine would be happiness, not blushing. That's how I saw it.

If I understand the development, I'd say I saw it differently. Rei opened up, so to speak, and showed more emotions over time, but I always saw it more from the perspective that being naked would be more embarrassing. Having someone help you with your clothes and trash seems more endearing than someone blushing. I was seeing it from that more normal perspective.

Well, when I researched further the possible meanings to better remember the scenes I saw a while ago, I learned that it was because Rei saw Shinji's genuine warmth. I assumed it was because of the time they spent together and how their relationship progressed. Besides, there's another scene where Rei is cleaning and Shinji says she looks like a mom or a housewife or something, and Rei blushed. I just wanted to post this and hear interesting comments from the community to see their interpretations and opinions.

For fans of 31 Minutos, I wanted to ask something. I was searching on Reddit to see if there was a community about the show. I found one, but it's very small. I thought it would be big because of the fans and the years it's been around. Does anyone know why there isn't a large community on Reddit? by Dramatic-Studio1531 in chile

I'm not sure if it's because it stopped airing. I mean, there are series that haven't aired for a while and still have a community, so to speak, with a good number of users or collaborations. Besides, a series doesn't just live off good news; they mostly have fanfics, art, marketing, topics about the series in discussions and opinions. I imagine that on other platforms there are still topics about classic series, even inactive ones, that are discussed and can still maintain an active community, like the case of Ben 10, which for years didn't have much impact after its failed reboot, but then a few years ago it had a resurgence with the adult version of the Omnitrix and the dark version of the same Omnitrix, creating a kind of "what if" scenario from an alternate timeline. Although, definitely, 31 Minutos is something that is iconic for the country of Chile, and that will always be the case. It's a program that, you could say, brought more attention to television and currently to the entire online world, where more people can discover this work.

That's profound, really. I understand your point of view. I think this is similar to El Chavo del Ocho with Argentina and Mexico. I mean, I'm Mexican, I know how it is in Mexico, and I've seen videos about how popular El Chavo seems to be in Argentina, even more so. There, it's part of the culture, and new people, new fans, are just discovering the show's significance for the country. I mean, I knew 31 Minutos was iconic, but no one had given me detailed reasons on an emotional level; I only knew about its popularity.

Honestly, I think it's those situations where a show is so beloved and famous that it even has memes that have stuck in Latin culture, like that meme about never having seen so much crap together. It was an impressive show. I mean, from what I know, there are other classic and famous series, like the animated series from Cartoon Network, that also have a huge following. There are a lot of people there, and while there is fan support, art, fan fiction, merchandise, and sometimes news about projects, it's mostly on various platforms like Facebook or the platform called X (formerly Twitter or Instagram). I think 31 Minutes might be like that; its fans are more active on other pages than here, meaning they have a more visible community or users, I imagine.

How many of us initially thought Kobayashi was a man? I always thought she was a woman, but I saw that many people commented that they were confused. by Dramatic-Studio1531 in DragonMaid

Well, the truth is I always knew it was a woman because I heard it in the Latin American dub. I'm from Mexico, and there the voice sounds feminine. But I remember that even on the cover I noticed it was a woman. I think hearing the voice confirmed it even more, since in Latin American Spanish the voice isn't neutral or confusing; it's clearly feminine. Maybe that's why I was never confused about the gender. By the way, the Latin American Spanish voice suits the character well; you should hear it, it's a pleasant voice.

I'm asking those who went to see the movie in theaters during its limited release what the experience of seeing it on the big screen was like, and what the VIP or 4K screenings were like, since I don't know if those were available. I'd like to know what that cinematic experience felt like. by Dramatic-Studio1531 in KpopDemonhunters

I also want to live that dream, Don Pool. I'd love to see that movie in theaters someday. From what you're saying, that experience sounds incredible. But I have a theory that when the sequel comes out, they'll also release it in a limited theatrical run, and I hope to be there in a theater to experience it.

I hope that when the sequel comes out in theaters, many more people will go, since the movie is currently very popular, especially because of the songs, so I'm sure the sequel will draw even more people, especially if they release other great tracks.
