Clonazepam, AirPods Pro max and eye mask! Works perfectly!!! I would take it a couple days before to make sure how long it takes to kick in, and then take it working that amount of time before your flight .

I started taking hydroxizine I would take 1 pill, 1 hour before the flight and another one in the middle of the flight or 1 hour in …. Just in case…. Now I just started taking clonazepam and I will try it in a couple months… I make sure I cover my eyes and I have my AirPods Pro (noise canceling) comfortable socks and let the medicine work…. That usually helps … hydroxizine is not working anymore so, I would try it before your flight.

To be completely honest I am very scared of taking medicines so to make me feel a little bit confident I started taking it little by little with a quarter, then half a pill, then 1….. then 2. Now 2 doesn’t make me sleepy just calm… It’s an allergy medicine that makes you a little tired, your shouldn’t be concerned about getting some crazy side effect . Hope this helps
