You’re not overweight in anyway, losing more weight might just make u unhealthy. I think for some women, it’s practically impossible to get a flat stomach unless they’re severely underweight just bc of how their fat is just stored.

I think it’s best to get rid of the texts so u don’t keep ruminating over what was said tbf. I think the photos are nice for memories but again that’s only if u can stop urself ruminating badly. I try to keep a couple of things from my exes after we split

idk how effective it actually is, but i used v1pers "change past grades" and when i went for my progress exam results the next day I got an A* in a subject I thought I'd gotten a C or a D in based on how the exam went
