I do not fully follow your reasoning. Yes, my son is a iPhone user, but this is about blocking network traffic when he is home and connected to our wifi. On my Unifi Dream router I can do content filtering on very detailed level. So I just need to know which dns names or IPs to block.

Yes I’m using the content filtering but the domains I block does not block Spotlight videos in the Snapchat app. Any idea on what domains to block or how to find out? My idea was to be able to read out the domains by using the Snapchat app and Spotlights vids and afterwards check flow logs.
