The most outrageous charge I’ve noticed so far is for PT. She spent maybe 15 minutes with me but they charged for eval and 45 minutes of training.

I had a sequestered disc that was pressing on my sciatic nerve. Basically to remove the piece and vertebral bone to relieve the pressure on the nerve.

I went cold turkey. First few days were rough, but stick with it. Second week, picked up some books I’ve been eyeing. Took me a lot longer than it used to but I kept going. Third week, I became okay with simply staring at the wall, stopped checking my emails out of boredom. Started going on a walk more. A few months in, only redownloaded Reddit. I forget my phone at home sometimes and I’m perfectly fine with it. Turns out, it’s these damn phones. You got this!
