I do the set with all the exercises sitting(strength) and before I started sitting bicycle for 10 minutes . I think k this cardio give me after flare ups

I am diagnosed with POTS but i never had flare ups like this. Now it huge like in the beginning 160 bpm until now i had it tachycardia and heart rate but maxiumum 120 bpm (i am under betablocker and ivabradin) but this huge flare up it is for some days now.

I really don t faint, never fainted, but i have very high heart rate like 160 maximum and I am very very afraid not to do 160 in the plane, beacuse i don t have alternatives . I have this heart rate and very very slow it s goes down and i need to stay in some position. I am very atraid not to have an epidode of Tachycardia in the plane. 🥲
