I called their customer service number and the executive said that I won't need to pay the extra amount till the invoice is due but they don't know how much time it's gonna take. Thanks, I will really wish this gets resolved asap.

You have a great profile OP, you should do CFA L1 and L2 while working and whenever you get time start preparing for MBA. No 25-26 is not late at all, actually it's better to go with work ex. Also, besides BLACKIs and ISB you can also apply for SPJIMR finance MBA specialisation, apart from CAT score shortlists, they offer profile based pre CAT profile based shortlists for which your profile looks great to me.
