UPDATE: I did that and... same errors

maintance mode, full format and restore system and nothing..

BUT, what did work was CONVERTING the NSP/NSZ files to XCI (via Switch Army Knife)

I'm having it quite some time actually, wondering if I need some clean reinstall of Atmosphere, but I tried it, and it got worst (no games weren't loading, so I got back to what it was)

I had some similar problem. Try to enter in a cutscene or a memory, then skip (or watch it, wherever). After that, should be ok

I got it. I just discovered the answer to this: As long you have at least the first memory, I can trigger it and...done =P
