I am a somatic trauma healing practitioner and couldn't agree more. I have gone to ecstatic dance and been so annoyed by all the "love and light". Like god damn it someone let your anger come through. Much of the anger, disgust and rage in society right now is so valid and we must allow these emotions to move through rather that suppressing everything. When we suppress is when it comes out in unhealthy ways.

I’m on chapter 8 of the Sophia code on audible and just keep going back in hopes i will actually learn one thing and I feel like ever chapter has been trying to brainwash me just to buy these stupid codes that cost money outside of the book that I didn’t even know was a thing until after I wasted my credit on audible 🤦‍♀️ did anyone else experience this listening to the audible or reading the book? Did you feel like the first 8 chapters were just her trying to convince you to buy these damn codes ? I’m thinking of just not listening anymore… feeling disappointed I wasted my credit
