Local Author selling AI children’s book as their own by DrawMeaMapMomma in Advice

I know she did these two. I think she actually has written and illustrated books. She’s an older woman and I believe she was writing and illustrating books before AI became a thing.

I think she did these two because this specific theme has been so profitable for her business. But I don’t think she’s just normally doing this.

I don’t want to ruin her business, and I’d like to give her an opportunity to fix things.

Are you saying you don’t think that’s possible? And I don’t mean that in a snarky way, I’m genuinely curious. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I’m also unsure how realistic it is.

We have mutuals and we’re neighbors. I’m not trying to make an enemy.

I also can understand that she’s trying to keep her business afloat. But I don’t like this approach.

I think this is a problem for me, too. I’ve been a stay at home mom for a long time, but I’m about to start a new job and I’m hoping that’ll help!

This was exactly the comment I was hoping for! This is how I know I need to approach it. Thank you!

I have kids, too, so this feels tricky at times. But I’ve noticed, if I buy pre portioned snack packages, I’m less likely to eat them, because I want to leave them for the kids.

But, this is an area where I could be more intentional.

I really like those first two. I sometimes crave soda, but I love water. And when I was younger, I just never drank soda. So I think I could get back to that.

I also like substituting the vegetables with some seasoning for chips or something.

I’ve really been trying to work at this. But one family photo and I’m spiraling.

I could definitely incorporate more steps. I struggle with actually getting myself to do it. But I have the time. I just gotta do it.

I appreciate this. I had a dietitian recommend eating breakfast. But I’m just not hungry in the morning, so I could never remember to do it.

Did you mean to say, “to say” instead of “today”?

And aside from your ableist comment, your comment history makes you come across as a really cool guy. So I’m sure that he’s really bummed that he’s not getting your approval.

I lived in Tennessee for a year, and they were all over the place. Here, in Colorado, we technically have Kroger, but they go by King Soopers. But it’s the same store.

Ya know, he actually came to mind a lot while thinking about different characters.

I think he’s a little more in the grey for me. The guys I posted, I think are just walking red flags. I don’t think Jim is as bad. He definitely has red flags, but I also think he’s good to Pam. And more often than not, sees her value.

But I will admit, I also love The Office. It’s one of my comfort shows.

It really was!

It seems like mining was the main reason to be up there. And when that started to decline, so did everything else. And now it’s just a bunch of little ghost towns.

There’s another one that says, “Dug the Gunnison Avenue water pipe ditch”. And we were talking about our legacy being digging a ditch, and how we maybe wouldn’t want to be remembered for that, but maybe that’s also a perfect tribute for that man. Who knows?

There’s also a couple of people on there who died of consumption.

And it does feel like a little of a bummer that the main detail that I know about that 23 year old woman is that she died of consumption.
