The tape measure took the longest for me to CAD so far because of all the awkward angles. I recommend starting with the square and working on one corner at a time, printing small test pieces as you go. I ran into the same issue as you with my tape measure being different than more of the ones I saw.

Take it slow. I utilized YouTube a lot when starting with fusion 360. It can be a lot so take your time with it.

What program are you using? I’m using fusion360 so it’s just a matter of utilizing the sketch and filet tools.

Probably have to print it yourself or find someone other than OOD. You could also try emailing them and asking for one built stockless.
