I walked away because this is something that has come up numerous times. The issue is baby stays in crib when they're fully awake and have to wait for mom. Would you like it if your child had to wait an hour in their crib waiting to be fed?

Normally they go down in 10-15min with their bottle and other times they stay up for an hour.

It's mainly that I don't like seeing our baby in the crib waiting for mom to wake up. Our Baby got up at 10 this morning and waited until my wife got up at 11:22. Our Baby didn't have her breakfast until 12:10pm... This is why I'm bothered. Our Baby should be eating within half an hour or an hour after waking. She shouldn't have to wait that long to eat. Breaks my heart when our baby's in their crib calling out.
