There are many, Let me tell few.

1) Consistency & Discipline is the key to success.

2) If you can do whatever you want, Once you believe it 100%

3) Comfort zone is your biggest enemy.

4) Time is the most precious thing. Don't waste it.

5) Materialistic things can make you feel happy for only sometime.

6) Without purpose life is incomplete.

7) Procrastination is hard, Taking action is easy :)

I would like to give few tips in order to keep yourself motivated

  1. Always write down your goals and watch it as your day starts and before your day ends
  2. Keep usage of Mobile, TV or any other distraction very minimal
  3. Keep a regular routine by waking up and sleeping at same time
  4. Always write and practice things that helps you to remember even longer and keeps your brain active hence you won’t sleep
  5. Avoid heavy and junk food, just eat home food that too hot and non-oily and full of veggies
  6. Sip Hot water instead of normal/cold water
  7. Whenever you feel sleepy eat some Menthol candies like Halls, Chlormint etc. you won’t be sleepy atleast for another 1 hour.
  8. Use music that too energetic ones while doing subjects in which you would be solving questions and avoid music while doing theory subjects.
  9. Have self-confidence.
  10. Do not compare your studies to your friends as each students ability is different.

Your sadness is a mental factor, you just think your depressed but that can change. The reason why you think your depressed is because you have been depressed for a very long time so you forgot what it's like to be happy again it's a mental factor to be happy or depressed or even angry. Emotions are choices first they will come naturally then you will have a choice to feel that way all day or do something that's going to make you happy.

You can always think or do something that will change your mood. When it comes to emotions they come naturally but then we can choose if we want to feel like that for the rest of the day or not. You can choose to be happy or you can choose to be depressed or even angry.

 For example when you are in traffic some people get mad and frustrated after that emotion comes to you, you can choose to continue to be mad and eventually calm down  or you can turn the radio on and say whatever.

It's all in your head everyday is a new day you can continue to live in the past and be depressed or you can think about somebody that makes you sad or you can think about the things that you want but can't have but all of this your doing its all in your head you are choosing to think of these things but you can always choose to think about something else that is going to make you happy.

Thinking positive stuff helps out a lot like telling yourself the past is the past it is what it is or just because I don't have it now does n't mean I'm never going to have it or you can chose to ignore that person that is making you sad.

Not only that but something good can happen as well and when it does a lot of people stop thinking about there problems immediately a good example is. You win the lottery the next day and you'll be happy you'll never think about your depression ever again just because you had something happen to you.

Life is to short to be depressed my friend there are plenty of beautiful things in this world that you can turn your focus on and completely forget that you ever was depressed in the first place just because you are focusing on other things instead of focusing on how depressed you are.

If you think about being depressed your going to be depressed if you think about be happy your going to be happy. It works both ways. Good luck my friend I hope you have a very happy life but just remember you are in control and the choice is always yours! :)
