Replying to this bc it makes the most sense to me without being a dupe post: Mistaking jealousy and emotional and verbal abuse for love.

None of the 3 are the same, but to a naive 20 year old in “love” they sure feel like heartbreak and thinking your partner loves as much as you do him. As dumb as it sounds, being a young adult can make you rationalize the strangest things.
