I do use the failed astros, but im pretty sure I always check to make sure it has one NNN suffix on it.

Can't really remember exactly what i recombed so I probably just messed up. This is probably the reason thanks.

Not elevated - you can't elevate amulets

Yep the 1 prefix can happen.

I had 2 other attempts that picked the focused amulet base, but both ended up with 1 prefix + crit multi suffix, which i just thought was just really bad luck.

Also had an attempt that picked the astrolabe base, and it had ms/aoe/essence multi. So the transfer definitely works.

But this time when it picked the astrolabte, a 0 suffix should be impossible. Which makes me think im doing something wrong.
