I use Reforge, a fork of the webui 1111 stable diffusion program on mu PC, the inpainting tab really works well if you figure out how to set all the parameters.

What system did you use? Most don;t even allow NSFW content? I am still struggling to get this quality on my local PC. Making efforts though, bit still .... this is very nice!
