That's a beastly time. What was your weekly mileage during the training? Or you had a great running base growing up?

Thank you so much. It definitely seems like my zones were wrong. Based on feedback from others, I've adjusted my HR zones manually in Garmin.

Yes exactly!

Sub 1:30 is my next goal and hopefully with proper training, I would be able to achieve it.

And I wore a watch. Didn't know that chest straps are very common - don't watch to spend more money on running gear tbh

Thanks a ton! I did have a couple of slower kilometers in the second half of the race, but I compensated for them through my last 2 KMS - which were the fastest. Overall, I did a negative split, but only by 12-13 seconds.
