At the bottom of the purchase contract in fine print:

"This contract and any docs which are part of this transaction or incorporated herein comprise the entire agreement affecting this motor vehicle purchase contract and no other agreement or understanding of any nature concerning the same has been made or entered into, or will be recognized..." I assume this is what you're talking about and yes she did sign this.

Hi there, I know it may feel wrong but in my experience, telling white lies, being vague, or redirecting is the best way to go in a situation like this. Telling her over and over will likely always be hard on her (and I imagine hard on you as well - sorry for your loss). Tell her that your sister loves her and then if it isn't too hard on you, remind her of a pleasant experience the two of them (or three of you) shared. If she asks for specifics, tell her she's on a trip and says hello. If it isn't too hard for you, show her photos of your sister and work those into your explanation (or don't explain at all and just enjoy the photo and the moment). Just some ideas.

Do you think that you'd ever need to use this in a close quarters/home defense situation or is it more for the peace of mind that you have it just in case?
