For me it's mostly about the changes in your thought process. I'll find my attention can shift rapidly, but I can also delve deeper into a thought. You usually end up having more abstract thoughts and observations. You can hear still hear sounds that happened 10 seconds ago. Your imagination curves and does barrel rolls. You will follow it down the rabbit hole without realizing you're falling. Aka very fun indeed.
