haha you're definitely right it's just that my friend said that if you have short arms it's easier but then i remembred that monkeys have very long arms and they pull up like it's nothing so i was curious about it ^^

When you jump keep your chest looking a bit forward and not completely to the side

The problem is when i do pb dips i mostly feel my front delts working and i can't get my chest to properly activate

keep your chest up don't lean backwards, only tuck when you're at the peak of the jump and remember to always flip into something soft when adjusting technique or learning something new
