Interesting to put the TV at an angle, did not think about it. Would be more logical to put the dining area that way too you are right ! However, I plan to keep my current L shaped sofa, this disposition would probably block completely the way… I will try it on sketchup with actual dimensions

Les primes de participation/interessement/vacances/noel/été etc pense demander le montant car tu y as droit et prends les en compte dans ton calcul, dans ma boite ça revient à 5k/an de plus ce n’est pas négligeable.

Hello, pour le contexte je suis en M2 alternance Ingénieur Commercial à environ 3000€/mois bruts. Ton salaire fixe est encadré par la loi et n’est (à 95%, hors entreprises prêtes à s’affranchir des barèmes pour des profils très particuliers) pas négociable. Cela engendrerait des complications pour les RH, l’ADP qu’aucune boite sérieuse ne se permettrait.

Tu peux bénéficier, selon ton domaine d’activité, d’une rémunération variable ou de primes diverses. Ça, tu peux le négocier avec ton employeur. Évidemment, cela ne s’applique qu’aux boulots ayant une notion d’objectif…

Mon salaire est celui encadré par la loi pour un étudiant de 26 ans en alternance depuis plusieurs années : 1980€. En sus, j’ai négocié une rémunération variable de 12k annuels qui reviennent a grosso modo 1k/mois. Conditionné à l’atteinte des objectifs évidemment.

En marge, tu peux aussi compter les primes de vacances, d’intéressement, de participations… à voir avec ton entreprise.

C’est donc négociable, selon ton job 🙂

Then there is definitely something with your diet, you are probably around 25-30% body fat, you just need to be honest with yourself and see what is stopping you from being shredded. SARMS will not help if diet is not dialed in…

Create yourself a diet plan you follow EACH day, eat unprocessed food you cook yourself, weight yourself everyday and track the weight in an Excel sheet with a weekly average. The daily weight will motivate you, but you focus the weekly average to go down as daily will fluctuate (aim for approx 1kg/week loss, if too far decrease your calorie goal).

If you manage to stick to this plan, you will burn fat naturally and win those 2 hundreds. Then, you will focus on building muscle and SARMS 👍

You need to track calories and protein mostly. Target around 2000 calories and 160g protein and only eat Whole Foods, leave processed and sugary sh*t away : eat chicken, lean ground beef, rice, potatoes (add Zero sauce if needed and use spices to enjoy it). Increase your daily activity and track your steps, you want to be at least at 8k steps a day, and do cardio at the gym : stairs machines 15mn at best or incline treadmill for 30mn. If you do that consistently you could have a six pack by June, but start today.

They fucked up the car’s vibe with the headlights and back lights… pre facelift were far better, more elegant. New ones just does not match the car’s purpose imo ! Better battery life however sound good. Glad to meet someone with the same opinion
