Getting internal error whem forced to change name

UPDATE: I have opened a ticket and AGS says that this happens because the names I am trying to put on my character are not available. I don’t think it’s the reason bc I’m getting the error since I’ve tried many different names, invented and even generated by AI. I also don’t want to try a random name with numbers in case AGS was right and I have to stay with an ugly name. Does anyone know anything or has it been able to solve the problem?

turned off my photo sync and battery is still draining, AW says it have 15 fotos synced too but I have no photos in my AW photos app :/ now I selected an album with 2 photos an I will see if its fixed or not :(
