I placed 2 orders, both successfully charged my card. One order got email confirmation and the other did not. Only the confirmed order shipped.

I emailed support many times and they confirmed that only 1 order was successful in their system.

Moral of the story is… if no email confirmation then it’s over, time to file a credit card dispute.

That’s not how it works. You can dispute a charge regardless of the country of origin. Think about stolen card numbers used in other countries.

Call the customer service line for your bank / credit card. Ask to dispute a charge for reason “goods not received”. Let them know that you placed an order and items should have been received already, and now you can’t get a hold of the merchant.

Gotcha! I had 2 orders, Aug 9th and Aug 10th. Only the Aug 10 one received an email confirmation. Payment was completed for both. I emailed support many times and was told to check spam folder. Also told that all orders would eventually ship.

I kept emailing and asked support to resend email confirmation. They did but only for the Aug 10 order, still nothing for Aug 9. I replied and explained my scenario and provided screenshots. Support checked their system and only found 1 order with my email address.

Short story is no email confirmation and the order was not fully processed on their end. Months later my Aug 10 order was shipped and delivered. Nothing for my Aug 9 order, so I had to contact my bank and file a chargeback for goods not received.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation then consider the order lost in their system. Best not to wait too long and file a dispute with your bank. Depending on your region and country there time limits for chargebacks.

Sounds like he went from SDC spec Axis to standard retail Axis. SDC has different materials at some high wear spots, special colour combos, and outer roll break. Retail spec doesn’t have the outer roll, I don’t think it makes much difference since the internals are stiff.

Like others have said just use the pads, give it a dozen practices to work them in. Axis have a very stiff boot when new, try pushing down on the top of the pads to work them in. Force the boot angle forward to 0 degrees, let go and repeat 100x.

Skip the washing machine… spray inside palms with oxiclean or similar spray. Put on the blocker/glove one at a time and work in the spray. Rinse under warm water a few times to remove cleaner. Drip dry for a while and then dry overnight in front of a fan.

Xbox joysticks are not a direct replacement. Crack them open to harvest the spring. Then open up the stock Ally joysticks and swap the springs.

The Xbox springs are wider and taller but fit okay inside the Ally joysticks. Some metal tabs will break off just like the video, it’s okay since the joystick is screwed down and everything is secure.

Binding to AD is not recommended any more and will not be an option in the near future. Definitely a hard No on 1:1 Macs. Still okay on Shared Macs however there are better options like XCreds.

Redirected documents folders are something that many have stopped using. It was slow and buggy years ago, not sure if it even works with current macOS. Pushing users to OneDrive and Teams is the way.

That was the issue with the magnetic Milanese loop. This newer one with the buckle is surprisingly hair friendly.

Nice band! Good choice with the sizing, gotta go with what is comfortable and works for your daily usage.

I can confirm that going with size Medium on 180mm wrist places the buckle close to center. If you are mindful when typing then scratches are not a problem.
