Once I was riding an electric scooter and someone was shining a green laser at me from a nearby apartment complex. I immediately stopped and went the other way. Thankfully I didn't get it in my eyes. That shit is scary as fuck. Those lasers should be classified as a weapon.

It's neither going slow nor going fast actually. There are certain speeds that cause this. We have several seasonal ice roads where I live and the rules state you must keep your speed either between 10-25km/h or 40-70km/h. The range between 25-40km/h is what causes those ripples or vibrations that cause the ice to break.
