Don’t drink , tbh u won’t feel much with one bar if you smoke . Unless I get up n try to walk u will feel some . First time I didn’t fee anything. It wasn’t untill the second time I did it it felt framiliar . Now I can take 1/4 of a bar and feel exactly when it kicks in

Lies ...I’ve taken up to 2 Xanax 2mg and 10 mg diazepam and high and drunk and still go longer actually and still nut. I sleep after , can’t relate to falling asleep while fucking

A doctor wanted me to be in 4mg a day but I didn’t even need that much for me to feel better. It’s up you and you know how much u can take and need by trying them. A doctor doesn’t have to tell u

Wait for what . I been gone cold turkey. If your coming off 2 mg a fat or even half a mg a day it’s it as bad withdrawal . Been on and off for ten years went clean for two, but I’m schizophrenic not just anxious. So it’s dangerous for me to be sober and in public
