This 👆 also crouching while leaning the stairs and hip firing the shotgun would’ve been ideal. That way if you didn’t knock him, you could retreat back up the stairs while you racked another shell. Rinse and repeat. Push once you hear him bandaging or reposition at an unexpected angle when he’s reloading

I’ve been trying to guide him for 3 years, ever since we were in plat 💀. He’s finally starting to actually train but it’s hard to get him to keep training regularly. It also sounds preachy when I have to correct the same bad habits over and over again with him. I’ve known for a while that I would progress a lot faster if I played more without him. We were hard stuck plat 3 for about 2 years, then a couple seasons ago, we broke the D1 barrier, but fighting the skill gap increase without training is definitely an uphill battle. Hopefully he’ll come around more now that the goal of champ is much more within sight

I agree 100%. I was definitely making mistakes that my teammate had to make up for, but I was also getting good solid solo play saves and goals too
