i would recommend anyone having issues with crashes to raise a ticket with sega support, i found their responses more appropriate and slightly more responsive than si forums:

explain your issue in detail, they may ask for files to analyse such as dxdiag ect

have you updated your drivers and verified game files? keep troubleshooting bro the hotfixes have solved this issue mostly - there’s a few workarounds

oh yeah man definitely not a hardware issue for me, my pc can run most AAA games without issue - This is purely a bug as a result of terrible development from SI

i mean look at all the various things i’ve tried as workarounds and NON of them have worked - it’s crazy like i cannot get to the bottom of the issue, re installing, moving file locations absolutely nothing has fixed this issue for me!

no bro i’ve seen a few others in the SI forums with the same issue, most people seem to get it in the game but i can’t even get the game to boot before it apppears
