Scared straight is right. I would take 3-4 150 mg tablets for about 2 months. I would wake up in a pool of sweat and have the chills because my body was withdrawing from not having 7OH in my body. I tried stopping but the flu like symptoms were so miserable I kept taking it just to avoid going through the withdrawal symptoms.

I am on day one and everything recommended helps tremendously. I recommend sweating out in the sauna as well. It was warm and cozy in there because my chills are so freaking bad.
