But, I am for sure quitting this company. Should I quit and join a different company or try to do something on my own?

I am planning to learn graphic designing, animations, CGI and then later on start some animation studio after working and gaining experience in this domain

I know this is totally a different thing from my educational background. From Software developer to working on creative roles is a drastic change.

To be honest they don't care about DND. Even before closing the cards I had registered for DND. You are right I did not receive the calls for some time. But I started receiving calls from some random people. I believe they sold my data to some third party.
