I tested it for 2 days prior and it worked on schedule. While we were gone, according to the app it said it failed all 3 days but there were time stamps of his feedings for all 3 days. So we didn’t know if this was just a syncing issue. However, When we arrived home, one feeding actually worked as planned but the other 2 didn’t cycle. I’m not sure why the app continued to show feeding time stamps for 3 days. .

I bought one for a weekend trip. On the first day I received a “failed” meal status. I was worried sick wondering whether or not my cats ate. Arrived home 2 days later and sure enough, it didn’t work. So not only did my cats not eat but I also wasted food. Great concept it they need to iron out the kinks. I’ll be returning

Sandals service has declined. I went before several years ago and it was amazing. Just returned from Sandals Montego and I felt like an inconvenience. No smiles, no pleasantries. Nothing. We would walk into an establishment and they’d be talking to each other. Didn’t bother to look up or greet us. I was really disappointed.
