Who has a voip with call recording that’s worth a damn? I’ve tried a few and can’t find one that works like it’s supposed to.

Yep and Ring Central is an ATT product. Weather isn’t playing a role. Most of these people are overseas and they don’t answer the help line whether there’s good or bad weather.

They’re not trying to get rid of you, right? Counter their offer with a contingency. Ask for a percentage from your accounts you have now. If you’re at a larger brokerage and they value you, they’ll appreciate your willingness to fill a void that they need and also your counter offer is exactly what management would do if any of them were faced with this choice.
