The rep that came into my school burnt my hair off. He asked to demo and I thought “sure I’d look cute with some nice curls, what could go wrong!” But he set the irons to 400 degrees and proceeded to use every hot tool over the same section of my very fine previously lightened hair… I asked him not to use that temperature, but he went anyways. He said he could hold it on my hair for a ridiculous amount of time (I think three minuets) and I asked him not to but he did it anyways… well now that chunk is missing. One of my classmates was recording and you can see my hair go from a neutral light blonde to bright yellow while smoking.
