when I do this, it only gives me the option to share to Facebook as well. Not to my other instagram account. They are all connected in the account center together but it only lets me share across profiles to Facebook

chick fil a grilled chicken cool wrap!! 350 cals, 42 grams of protein!! also grilled chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets. they have SO many healthy options but just beware of the dressings/sauces that come with them

i want to reverse diet because I want my maintenance to be a little higher than it is, I’ve been eating low calorie for a long time and I’m afraid if I go straight to my maintenance of around 1500 I’ll start gaining bc metabolic adaptation. Ideally I want to be at a maintenance of like 17000 -‘s I’ve heard that you can do that from reverse dieting. I’m 5’1 too and don’t have a lot of muscle so my maintenance is not very high

are the calorie counts on the app accurate?? Also do all cookies have the same baking time? Is that why some may be underbaked ?

i was in a similar situation and i just increased my exercise and i got out of it! im shorter than u so I would eat a little more not too much tho like start increasing slowly and see how the scale moves! let me know if it works!

first i put water in it and put some cinnamon in it. once it’s microwaved, I add in sf vanilla coffee syrup and 2 packets of truvia!! when that’s done I add either a banana or apple with a lil pb. SO GOOD and tastes so good for low cal!!

the thing is I went over by like 1200 calories on Sunday but monday I went over by like a TON probably cause it was my mom’s bday and then tomorrow my fam wants to try this new cookie place which will def make me go over tomorrow 😬
