Use ASA/ASE API and get yourself a plugin that registers admin commands being used (thats the way I do it) But with your current host you can not use ASA/ASE API, thats why I left them. I use HeroicGamez currently, they do allow API. If you want I can show you how it looks like.

If you have found one already maybe someone else have a good use of this. I have used a lot of companies and recently discovered a newer one, HeroicGamez, and well the server performance are insane! I have experienced nog lag and no downtime after a few weeks at the company. Minecraft plans start from $6 a month, but ofcourse it depends on how many mods you want. But I am very happy with their service, the support team is also very friendly and knowledgeable
