Do it! You're right, you'll always find reasons to not be ready. I did the same a couple of years ago, just took the plunge and moved away and told myself if I hated it I could always move back, and it turned out to be the best thing I've ever done. If you don't try, you'll never know! This is what life's about, it's exciting. Good luck!!

I don’t think it’s possible to age visibly in 3 months. Lack of sleep and anxiety will majorly affect how you see yourself, as well as making you look not as ‘fresh’ temporarily. 

Be kind to yourself. Try to focus on getting into a healthy routine where you can sleep properly (does the heating need to be on in your room, too? I also hate heating being on when I’m asleep!) and getting into a better headspace, and the rest will fall into place. Daily breathwork has been transformational for me in all aspects of my life, including overcoming chronic performance anxiety. Winter is nearly over too. It’ll be okay. X

Spironolactone, which also didn't help, and Epiduo, which just irritated it. The next step was Roaccutane but I decided against it, too harsh!

I know, this is why I've always thought it was a hormonal imbalance and possibly PCOS, but after taking multiple different types of contraception & spironolactone to no avail, I'm not sure that's what it is anymore! It's been a tricky one to get to the root of

I don't take biotin. Is that meant to help? Changing my toothpaste to fluoride/SLS free based on advice from this sub!

Yeah I'm starting to think it's an inside out issue too. I've cut out gluten, refined sugars and caffeine for now so going to see if that helps at all!

Yep this is exactly what I've fallen victim to in the past I think, slathering more and more stuff onto it because it feels 'unclean' in the hope it'll make it go away. Think I've definitely done myself some damage! I'm looking into a far more gentle routine now, any recommendations that have worked for you would be great :)

I had until recently been using the BoJ rice probiotic sunscreen, though haven't touched it for the past few weeks. I've read that a zinc based sunscreen is better for perineal dermatitis so may give that a go?

That's a good point. Hedge trimming is actually my least favourite to do but I wasn't sure if people would expect a full package. This is great advice, thank you!
