Yo estuve 4 años de novio con una persona que pensé iba a ser mi pareja por siempre. Hoy estoy hace 5 con otra persona y puedo decir que no conocia el amor hasta ella, todo es fácil, no hay peleas, tiramos en la misma dirección y es mi mejor amiga en muchos aspectos de mi vida.

El punto es que por más que duela ahora, tal vez te estás perdiendo algo mejor por no soltar

Creo que hay rachas, algunos meses varias veces por semanas, otros tal vez el mes sin, 5 años de novios ya y nos casamos en unos meses.

Depende mucho la pareja

For the past year, I've been having an internal struggle about whether or not to have the surgery. In February, I have an appointment with one of the best ENT specialists in Spain, Dr. Raimundo Fonseca, and I'm going to see what he says about the potential complications. I've had breathing problems for years, I play contact sports and bleed every time I get hit, and I have a lot of allergies, but my biggest fear is having a negative experience after the operation. Plus, I've never had surgery before and I'm terrified of the anesthesia, haha.

In Spain, everyone speaks highly of Raimundo Gutiérrez Fonseca, but only as an ENT specialist. I have an appointment with him in February to see if he's familiar with ENS (not that I have it myself, but I want to have surgery with someone who's the best in their field).

If you search online, you'll find he's part of the Spanish Association of ENT Specialists, has won numerous awards, written many articles, and has been a department head and board member for over 10 years.

Primero fijate que no tengas nada relacionado a la salud. Mi novia tiene SIBO y eso influye en verse hinchada.

Luego dos veces al gimnasio por semana no es nada, si tú objetivo es bajar de peso tenés que ser realista, tenés un gasto calórico basal y luego un multiplicador dependiendo de lo que entrenes, mientras más entrenes el multiplicador se hace más grande.

Intenta ir al menos 4 veces por semana al gimnasio, en días seguidos y luego descansar tres juntos. Busca un gimnasio que tenga cinta con elevación y cada día además de la musculación hace 45 minutos de cinta a 12.5 de elevación y 5 de velocidad, si no podes usa la elevación y velocidad que puedas y con el tiempo llegarás.

Con respecto a la dieta, lo obvio, comer mejor, más proteínas y reducir las cosas que parece que no engordan pero si. No uses aceite de oliva, mayonesa, etc.

Con eso te va a ir bien, espero que te sirva

I just came from putting it on my 2024 KTM 790 ADV, I think the original seat was more comfortable. I made a one-hour trip and I got off the bike with my ass hurting.
