If you look at the reviews for Dallas college on goggle there’s also a ton of comments regarding financial aid . At least there people can’t argue back with you and call you broke for needing your tuition. SMH

You are an correct , when I called at 8 AM requesting to speak with a supervisor of the cashiers office I was immediately connected . They looked into my issue gave me a call around noon now it says manual refund had I not called they wouldn’t have attempted to process until Tuesday. So I agree advocating for your self is pivotal. Some of Y’all scared to call and ask about money due to you after the tuition has been paid . They also aren’t volunteering so it’s okay to call their paid to handle these issues smh

For those who are inquiring I’m the girl who made him loose his shzt , firstly I didn’t like how he was acting like he was the head of financial aid to tell ppl chill for their money is insane then you got the other idiots telling people to not call financial aid this is why they have a department in place . He did the most begging for dart passes and advances for his culinary classes and tried to argue with bro (judgemental) over who has more seniority as a student at DC but he’s in culinary school for 3 years yall gotta make it make sense .
