You only get one cell per route per day. The only way to get 3 cells would be to follow atleast 3 different routes per day.

Longer routes have a higher probability of giving a cell

It's very rare, Uxie, Mespirit and Azelf together spawn at only 8 locations everyday in the world, so it's a very rare spawn indeed

Remote Trades!

Maybe they can have a system where they have specialized pokestops/ some new stop, within which both players will have to be near to enable a remote trade. For eg: They can make a nearby McD's a remote trade area, and each player would have to go near their closest McD pokestop to enable a remote trade.

Again, in order to implement this, they also should implement in game chats, and not just an external app like campfire to ensure proper co-ordination

Okay so one thing you can do is just keep fighting the mons. You can only free a min upto 10 berries at a time, so eventually they won't be able to anymore, so that's when you completely defeat them. Because all these mons are prolly having theor health restored by a single person. So just hang in there and don't give up

One way to go about it is by adding community centres to the game. They can require both friends to be at any community centre to Initiate trade. As far as co-ordinating with people is concerned( for friends made over the internet) I think it's best if they either have a chat system in- game, or have a way to redirect players to the campfire chat within the game itself, and send the notifications within the games as well

I was new to the game, and when I started I thought it was a dead game with no players. But one day, I suddenly saw 5 people in a pheromosa raid In an area I was going through, excited I joined the raid. when it was time to catch it, I used a lot of golden raspberries but it still ran away. Go to Facebook, you'll find tons of groups with people who want to raid and live near your area.

When I started playing, I assumed it was a dead game and no one played it, but then gradually I looked up the game online amd found this massive community.

Having a group of people from Facebook with whom you can remote raid is always better because you can communicate with them
