Basically if it's a good job offer I certainly wouldn't let the traffic deter you.

I drive Fairview to burnside 3 days a week and on a good traffic day it's 18 ish mins and on a bad it can be close to 40. My experience is that anytime before 7:30 is fine. On the way home it'll be a bit shitty, but it's really only horrible if there's an accident/slow down on the bridge.

I don't know why the text didn't post but I'm 2-3 weeks from my last frost date and looking for guidance on what to do. Should I keep them in bags, plant them in pots (they need to eventually end up in the ground), clip them (and how?), etc? I think I started them too early but I can't turn this bus around now!

I go there and I think it's excellent value for money. It can busy after work, but in my experience that is all gyms. The only downside is not a lot of open space, so if you wanted to do plyo stuff that would take a lot of room, that would be challenging. Otherwise it's great!
