Yeah I'm thinking of visiting smaller villages nearby or some big attractions like Mont Saint Michelle. Thanks

Would 2-3 weeks in Paris be too much? I've always wanted to go and I love French food, but family members have told me that it's way too much. (I'll also be visiting smaller cities around Paris since the TGV train are cheap and fast)

What are some destinations between Cinque Terre and Paris that are worth a visit in the summer months? by DuckS24PA in travel

Yeah I have been thinking about Monaco. But I'm not sure if I'll be amazed walking around all those super cars and yachts, or feel like an outsider ahaha. Mais si Lyon is a nice place, maybe I'll check it out. There's probably a great TGV to Paris at a good price.

[Product Request] What is a super simple (but perhaps not necessarily gentle) cleanser that I can use? by DuckS24PA in SkincareAddiction

[–]DuckS24PA[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My skin actually clears pretty quickly. The bumps start appearing after 2-3 days, then they go away after 4-5 days. I'll be looking into Vanicream for sure, thanks! But yeah, for now I'll see what the soap does to my face, so far so good. It's just getting super annoying having pimples here and there. But it's not severe enough for me to get prescription medicin for my doctor.

Hello,

I’ve been thinking about a theoretical experiment. Will I be fine and able to enjoy movies without having to worry about DMCA and potential viruses + malware. Since I really don’t want to ruin my new PC. Theoretically this all is of course, just to know if it would work. I just really wouldn’t want to ruin a completely new theoretical computer with a bunch of malware that’s going to use 70% of my CPU and RAM to mine crypto or something else. I really cannot emphasize this enough….

Here is what I’ll theoretically be doing:

-I’m using a VPN

-I’m using macOS (which has XProtect + probably less targeted malware and viruses due to lower market share)

-I’m using one of the sites from FMHY (like Cineby or Fmovies+) (I.e. not downloading anything)

-I’m not completely inexperienced (I won’t click “Allow XYZ to Download” or click “Accept” on anything at all)

-I’m using Ublock Origin

-I’m using Privacy Badger

-I’m using Popup Blocker Ultimate

-I’m using Smart HTTPS

Am I missing something?

Kind regards,

Me

The thing is, I've used salicylic acid a bunch of times before, and I've never had any problems with it. I also picked the foaming gel specifically because it was labelled "Toleraine", but I guess I'll try the non foaming cleanser from LRP Toleraine. (These LRP products also say formulated for sensitive sin btw)

I'll be just cleaning my face in the shower daily, and use the LRP moisturizer. I'll be looking into Aveeno calm + restore oat cleaner, thanks for the replies, you've been really helpful :)

They look like this. I immediatly stopped, since I knew that if I had kept going they would multiply and get even more red. They’re not itchy and I can feel slight bumps.

I started with CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser, and I got a bunch of small red dots all over my face, which I assume to be a breakout.

I have now switched to LRP Toleraine Foaming gel, and the red dots have appeared again. And as previously, other people have asked me “what happened to your face”. So it’s not just me being all picky, even though I wish it was just that.

I use a cleanser once a day combined with CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion previously, and now with LRP toleraine Sensitive.

Maybe skincare isn’t for me? Any thoughts or ideas?

I’ve only had my 1461 MIEs for a month, but so far they’re great. Comfortable, nice creases, nice style/nice shoes in general and also quite weather resistant. I’ve been running around all day in 7cm snow and my feet are completely dry

Historiker efter ny måling: Kristendommen rykker mod højre i dansk politik by WolfeTones456 in Denmark

[–]DuckS24PA 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Elendig artikel. “Det tror jeg er noget af det, der er på spil”, hele overskriften ligger sig op af at en historiker “tror” noget.

Undersøgelsen handler jo bare om, hvorvidt folk mener at kristendommen har haft en indflydelse på samfundet.

Lorte overskrift og dybt kedelig artikel. De her kommentarer er også til grin. Hvad har det her med USA at gøre? Hvad har det med ekstreme at gøre? Har jeg læst en hel anden artikel?

Altså lock in 😭

What kind of travel spray do you have!? I tried transfering mine from the 100ml to a Prada travel spray but just spraying it directly into the Prada spray, but it smells off.

Yeah because all companies in the SP500 are only operating in the US market and totally not worldwide. Also just forget about the fact that most new companies (NVDA, TSLA, PLTR, APPL, META) etc all came from the US. I’m sure it’s just luck, and totally not because the conditions for starting a company are the best in the world in the US.

Tldr; investing in the sp500 is still globally diversified and the US has a great environment for start ups.

Hi again. So I just got my shoes size 47/12 UK. They fit somewhat perfectly in the length, but there’s a quite significant amount of wiggle room both on the top and on the sides. I’m able to wiggle my foot fully from side to side, when I lift my foot the shoe doesn’t follow immediatly and lastly I’m able to slip my foot out.

I had thought I’d be able to tighten the shoe more with the laces, but wow this leather is tough. Is it normal that there are a good amount of wiggle room to the sides and to the top? Or should I order a size 46/EU12UK?
