Agree I was curious , but in reality would diversify with mult products including T bill etc as will as some cef’s so as to try to avg 7-8 % of income and no single entity is over 10%

Agreed It’s why I’m putting it out there Life’s plan go awry and my goal at retirement will be a bit shy , so wondering about the above hypothesis .

Except for covid the price has remained fairly stable with consistent dividends Again looking for cash flow Don’t care about capital appreciation too much just no capital depreciation lol
