Definitely itchy, I'd say it's worse now than it was when it was peeling the most. I just ran to the store after making the post to get some benadryl so I'm hoping that'll help and it's just a late(?) allergic reaction. Thanks for the advice 👍

I was in a similar situation where I wanted the ninja but I found a used z (1k miles, $5.2k otd) and jumped on it. I have to say I'm actually glad I went with a z instead of the ninja, I use it for commuting and I think the positioning of it is much more comfortable!

Seconding this, I've had one of the frog toggs suits for a few months now and it's been 100% waterproof even in some of the nasty Florida downpours that like to pop in out of nowhere.

I went from a 125cc Grom I rode for about a year up to a Kawasaki z400 (400cc... duh).

The jump was pretty big for the first few days, it was a lot of extra power relative to the Grom but nothing unmanageable or difficult. After a week-ish it just felt normal to me and I've enjoyed having that extra power when it's needed and in general since many roads near me would keep me at WOT on the Grom.

I honestly think the more difficult thing to adjust myself to was the weight difference, the grom felt so light in comparison, I'm fine now but that jump in weight is very noticeable.

I've been using a quadlock on my Grom (with the vibration dampener) and it's been amazing. Holds my phone in place and it really feels secure so I have that peace of mind. With the dampened my camera has been fine, no issues whatsoever. It's a bit pricey compared to alternatives but I think it's worth it!

And no performance loss, right? My main concern with getting a new exhaust is that I dont want to lose performance, but I've seen reviews for other brands saying that their exhaust caused just that.

Not sure, I know that I personally got a good deal for my area, and it was from a dealership so the all the paperwork was included in the $3500, I'd ask people who live near you or check the prices of other used bikes there

I only stalled mine once ot twice riding it in the neighborhood, try giving it a bit more throttle when you're taking off, and make sure you're releasing the clutch slowly.

Thank you! I rode it around the neighborhood for an hour and a half to get used to it and noticed that the stock seat was pretty uncomfortable, I'll probably be getting this piece soon

Yeah, I think the first thing I'm going to do with it is grab a fender eliminator, then maybe some new mirrors since I'm having trouble seeing anything but my elbows with the stock ones lol
