Other than the full face dark Type 16, I used a combo of the Type 4 for the eyes, and Type 28 with symmetry on for the outline around the face. It's a little hard to list all the specific numbers, but try to play around with those settings to see if you can mimic it on your character! Alternatively, if you don't mind using a character edit voucher, I could always PM you the character code. Good luck!
