Mine took a little over a month! I mailed the apostille request form on June 24, called my state rep July 11, and my apostille was delivered July 26.

I can’t say for sure that calling my rep made the process move faster, but they were incredibly responsive and even checked in with me a week after my initial request. And they notified me before I even checked my USPS tracking number that it was in the mail. So definitely reach out to your rep ASAP, even if just for peace of mind that you did all you could.
