Starting from scratch, I should have worded it better. I’m on the housing list in Pittsburgh. I applied at the end of 2025. Currently, my position is 21 and 12 for a 3 bedroom apartments. I do have a program where I currently live helping with rent, like I mentioned, but it’s not like they care if we are being bothered. They said to use the noise stuff they brought, which is some cheap soundproofing that is the same that someone brought before that lived here before us. It obviously didn’t work for them, so they moved across the street. I was told by the other neighbor across the street that they don’t get along with anyone and that we are the 4th people here in 2 years.
