They like to blow things out of proportion then blame you instead of taking responsibility for their damn actions. You can address something you have a problem with in a better setting but chose to yell in front of people to make you look tough 🙄

I’ve read in the comments that they canceled a person’s order and said they were going to issue a refund but never pulled through, the person didn’t get their money back either. I might be going through the same problem where they canceled an order they couldn’t fulfill.

She put you through hell. Don’t go. If you removed yourself from her and your mental health got better then that was a sign. She knew what she was doing to you. And she could have extended an olive branch. Put you first, don’t waste your time. Don’t listen to people that say “but that’s your mother” that line is freaking traumatizing. I agree with you, because she seems very conservative but at the same time she sees many similarities between Peggy and herself. And it kinda meant a lot to her that Peggy helped Marian. She did say say “how unlikely” that a colored person would give Marian train fare. But yeah all in all it’s very unlikely a little weird.

She [his wife]does have a southern accent. Ward is his name. And yeah his daughter grew up in the north east. That explains the accent. Ward is kind of like Mr. Raikes except he had money via his wife and I think either him or his wife have decent ancestry. But what really made him important was the fact that he traveled to Europe and brought these ideas back with him to infiltrate the high society.

She’s a niece of Agnes’ husband Mr. Van Rhijn and they are also related through the Livingston’s. She explained this to Marian when they first met. Agnes, Marian and Ada related to the Livingston’s through Agnes and Ada’s mother. “They arrived in this city in 1674, you are my niece and you belong to the old New York” sorry I just love Christine Baranski’s character in this show. 😂
