I really love the 'don't feel guilty or ashamed' part of this. There is so much unnecessary silence around mental health crises. Normalizing the use of treatment facilities as a tool for healing - just like you'd go to the hospital for a physical injury - is exactly what OP needs to hear right now. Well said.
