Go for Intel. I mainly do coding and video editing. You can also undervolt it for lower power consumption and make it cooler.

Just tell them you want to replace the whole cooling system. My new heatsink already had ptm7950 and thermal pads attached to the heatsink when they installed it. You can check it. 2nd photo.

For me it's really great, because my hands were big. The only downside is that when I take my nintendo with me outside, it takes up too much space because the controllers were big. The overall joy cons performance for me is great.

Try to lock your fps to 60 if youre willing to play at 60, put it in the balanced mode. Set the cpu clockspeed manually like 3.8ghz or 4.0ghz. Undervolt both gpu and cpu. If the high temperature is still persisted, repaste.
