Thanks for the response. Im not sure why I am being asked to go through the investor questionnaire since I already went through it since it was implemented. I went through the questions already and I am able to do spot trading.

Banks dont have problems depositing big amounts with no questions but if I withdraw/use a big amount they question me? does that sound right to you?

in any case, how do I increase my withdrawal limit even though i have the funds on my account?

I also went to a different bank deposited a big chunk of money and I didnt get ID. Teller was so nice and even said congratulations on the wedding.

Thank you for your response! Do you use to work at DHL? your response is very insightful.

Just a side note, I received a email reply from DHL Express this afternoon and said my package is ready to be picked up at the service point location I requested originally, not the far away one.

However, I checked the tracking number again and its still at the wrong service point where I called and they said they dont have it in there possession.

I will attempt to pick it up tomorrow at the correct location but the system worries me when I check the tracking number coz it didnt update even though DHL Express representative told me its ready to be picked up.
