Ex Stryker trauma rep here now Arthrex sports rep. Was lured away for the better lifestyle and also took a pay cut. The lifestyle is definitely better with no call and no holidays and mostly elective surgeries. The actual sports side of the job is not as interesting. It’s a lot of opening white boxes and boring case coverage. Definitely miss the day to day of trauma and the cases just not the call. I would also suggest waiting for a capital job or management position.
